By accepting these regulations, the participant declares, under his/her own responsibility, that he/she To be in good health and in a mental and physical condition suitable for the practice of the excursion. He/she declares also that he/she has provided the guide with any information useful for the correct evaluation of own suitability.
Participants, in presenting themselves for the scheduled excursion, accept these regulations, which must be read and accepted in its entirety.

1. It is the Guide's right to cancel the excursion in case of bad weather or uncertain weather; 2. any special needs, allergies, health conditions, etc., must be reported to the Guide; 3. the Guides reserve the right to exclude, before departure, anyone they deem unsuitable for conditions or equipment (see excursion poster or other communication), this is to protect the safety of the person himself and/or the group; 4. in cases of justified exclusion, there are no refunds for travel or any other kind; 5. it is compulsory to remain in the group, on the route indicated by the Guide without straying; whoever strays from the group, even with the consent of the Guide, does so at his or her own responsibility and at his or her own risk; 6. it is the Guide's right to vary the route and/or destination of the excursion in relation to weather conditions, ala type of group accompanied or any other reason that the Guide deems valid to justify such variations; 7. The Guide may at any time and without this in any case giving rise to objections by the participants, to protect the safety and well-being of even one of the companions, substantially change the program, deciding also for the early return of the group; 8. the duration of the excursion, indicated in the sheet, is to be considered indicative and depends and several factors, including the conditions of individual participants and the weather situation. Therefore, a minimum of adaptability and understanding is required of participants; 9. it is the Guide's responsibility to calibrate the pace of the excursion according to the level of training of the group, even at the expense of reaching the planned destination; 10. it is the Guide's right to exclude from the initiatives those participants whose behavior compromises or endangers their own or others' safety; 11.Dogs or aorher animals are not allowed; 12. during the hike it is possible to run into encounters with dogs left off leash or chains or free to roam outside fences, guard dogs, or watch dogs: such encounters must be accounted for as possible by participants in any hike. The Guide is not responsible for the possible occurrence of such encounters and any associated consequences. 13. Participants are asked to keep their cell phones turned off. If this is not possible, it is still necessary that ring tones be turned off. In case of necessity, the person concerned is asked to leave the group upon prior notice and authorization of the Guide, remaining in sight of the same in any case; 14. participants are informed and consent to the fact that the Guide and/or other participants in the excursion may film or photograph them and consent as of now, in the impossibility of prior notice of the use of the image and film, the use of the same, in sites, magazines or books or in the Guide's personal promotional materials or for institutional uses, releasing the Guide and other participants from any future dispute in this regard. Minors will not be photographed; 15. no garbage should be abandoned along the route, one agrees to take the waste produced back downstream and deposit it in the appropriate bins; 16. the utmost respect should be given to both wild and domestic animals, which you may encounter while hiking; 17. do not pick any plants or flowers, fishes or shells nature should be respected.
